Personal Data Protection Notice of the European Space Agency

Protection of Personal Data is of great importance for the European Space Agency (ESA). ESA as an international organisation is subject to its own Policy on the protection of personal Data. In the performance of its mission, ESA collects and processes Personal Data. Appropriate measures are implemented in conformity with the applicable ESA framework on Personal Data Protection, to preserve the rights of data subjects, as well as to ensure the confidentiality and security of all Personal Data concerned.
The personal data collected is processed by ESA or its Contractors which contribute to the fulfilment of the legitimate purposes. Personal Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected.
